Claire Doering, Au.D.
AUDIOLOGIST
Claire Doering was born and raised in Syracuse, NY. She received her Doctorate in Audiology from Syracuse University in 2015 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of New Hampshire. Claire completed her yearlong externship at Charleston ENT in Charleston, SC, gaining experience with pediatric and adult diagnostics, and vestibular testing.
Keith Walsh, Au.D.
AUDIOLOGIST / OWNER
Keith Walsh, Au.D. was drawn to the profession of audiology because he has found working and helping people overcome handicaps and improving their quality of life extremely rewarding. He has always had an acute interest in sound, music, and movement, which over time led to his desire to further his education by studying for and obtaining his doctor of audiology, Au.D.

AUDIOLOGIST
Eva M. Bero, Au.D., CCC-A has over 25 years of experience in hearing healthcare. A native of northern New York, she is very happy to use her skills to provide advanced hearing care to her hometown communities.
She has broad experience with diverse patient populations and hearing technologies including hearing aids and implantable hearing technologies.
Erin A. Laundrie, Au.D., F-AAA
AUDIOLOGIST
Erin Laundrie, Au.D., FAAA, received her Doctorate in Audiology from the University at Buffalo, where she conducted research on auditory cortex enhancement and tinnitus. Erin’s clinical interests include tinnitus, balance/dizziness testing, electrophysiology, and improving communication abilities through the use of amplification.
Kelsey Mallabar, HIS.
HEARING INSTRUMENT SPECIALIST
Kelsey is a native Vermonter born and raised in Colchester, VT. Kelsey attended the University of Vermont and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2015 with a minor is Psychology. Kelsey has a love for language and helping people which brought her into the hearing healthcare world. In 2015 Kelsey became a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and has been working in the field since 2016. Kelsey has experience working with the majority of the top hearing aid manufacturers and has helped countless people hear better and improve their quality of life.
Emily Pelcher, HIS.
HEARING INSTRUMENT SPECIALIST
Emily was born in Sacramento, California but moved to Colchester, Vermont as a young child. She still refers to herself as a “true Vermonter”. Emily graduated from the University of Vermont in 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Shortly after, she obtained her Hearing Aid Dispensing license and now has over a decade in the industry.
