OneConnect Technology brings Bluetooth Classic, LE Audio and telecoil into MaX. That gives us several ways to help you connect to compatible phones, audio devices and hearing-loop systems.
Auracast update: Signia describes MaX as Auracast-ready. Full functionality is planned through a firmware update delivered via the Signia One app by March 2027. We'll confirm the current software and compatibility when you choose your devices.

What makes Signia MaX different?
Its Acoustic Intelligence combines four neural networks to inform processing of speech, your own voice, the environment and noise. The aim is coordinated support for changing real-life conversations.
Does own-voice recognition replace a professional fitting?
No. MaX can recognize your own voice without a separate calibration procedure, but your hearing aids still need to be selected and programmed for your hearing. Our team helps with fit, settings and follow-up adjustments.
Can I use my current Signia charger or accessories?
Compatibility varies. MaX has dedicated Pure 2.0 charging options. Bring your existing equipment or its model names so we can confirm what works before you purchase an accessory.
Will AI eliminate background noise?
Hearing aids can improve access to sound, but they do not restore normal hearing or remove every competing sound. Your results depend on your hearing, fitting and surroundings. We'll work with you on practical listening goals.
