What is Phonak's newest hearing aid platform?
Phonak launched EON in August 2026. The family includes Audéo EON Sphere and Audéo EON R, with CROS EON R for suitable single-sided hearing needs.
Does every Phonak hearing aid have Sphere AI?
No. Spheric Speech Clarity 3.0 is exclusive to EON Sphere. Other Phonak models have their own processing features. We'll compare the exact models and technology levels so you know what you are choosing.
Will AI remove all background noise?
Hearing aids can improve access to speech, but they do not restore normal hearing or remove every competing sound. Results depend on your hearing, fitting and surroundings. We'll work with you on meaningful, realistic goals.
Can I use my existing phone and accessories?
Many Bluetooth devices can connect, but compatibility depends on the exact product. Bring your phone and any accessories you rely on, including information about hearing loops at venues you visit. We'll check the right connections and charger for your chosen model.
