Operations

The people behind the patient experience.

Jen Machanic, Business Manager at Adirondack Audiology

Jen Machanic

Business Manager

Jen Machanic has been part of Adirondack Audiology for more than eight years, helping guide the practice’s day-to-day operations and working closely with staff and insurance companies to support a positive patient experience. With a background in retail management and banking, she brings strong organizational skills and a people-first approach to her work.

Having joined the practice during a period of growth and change, Jen has loved watching it evolve to serve more people throughout the Adirondack and Vermont communities. She always wanted to work for a private practice that makes a meaningful difference in patients’ lives, and she values the relationships she has built along the way.

Jen graduated from the University of Vermont and raised her three children with her husband in the area, where she has deep roots. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, embracing all four of Vermont’s seasons, and relaxing at Lake Champlain.
