Monil Shah is the Operations & Strategy Partner at Adirondack Audiology, bringing nearly a decade of experience in healthcare mergers and acquisitions and operations strategy.

He has led more than 30 practice acquisitions across radiology, audiology, and physical therapy. Previously, he held senior M&A roles at Ivy Health, Alpaca Audiology, and Professional Physical Therapy.

Monil holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from Hunter College. He lives in New York City with his wife and daughter.
