Originally born in Cleveland, Ohio, Louis was raised in the Adirondack Park and currently resides there. He graduated from SUNY Potsdam in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and began working in the hearing health care field in the following months.
Louis became a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser in 2021 and attained Board Certification by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences in 2024. He believes that our sense of hearing is the key component connecting people to one another and aims to provide the highest quality of care to preserve that bond between individuals and the world around them.
